This application is to handle School Staffing process with a better system maintenance and support to end users.
The application should possess the capability for assisting the Administrators to effectively manage the process of filling the vacancy position from the available profiles in database and to generate roster for each application type by location or by status.

The application should help the Administrators in the Selection process by means of recruiting them form the available candidates pool.
Our application support all the selection process requirement and able to run on all the browsers in a user-friendly manner with bug-free and customized approach that the users can configure and manage based on their role.
Our application should be able to segregate the list of selected candidates, list of non-selected candidates and selected candidates.
Our application allows the employees to apply to various jobs based on their existing class code and they can create, edit/update and submit their application online. All the process of selected and non selected candidates segregated using our application.
Dashboard and Report are necessary for Administrators to have view on the vacancy positions to take decisions in without any delay.

Results:
Project is being used by the multiple schools for recruitment process. Able to manage all the process in a user-friendly way and effectively managing the recruitment process.
